I found parking on the first floor very convenient. The room had a good mattress and I slept WELL. The location was surprisingly quiet, even being close to everything.
I noticed the room looked slightly aged.

the location was acceptable as it was a manageable walk to the main attractions.
the room cleanliness was subpar as the carpet had multiple stains and looked old. also, the noise from the nearby street made it difficult to sleep.
